Questions

Where is my list kept?

In a single file inside the app's own container on your Mac. Nothing leaves the device. Deleting the app removes it.

It reminds me too often, or not often enough.

Open the list, choose Settings, and pick a speed: after 30 minutes away at most hourly, after 10 minutes at most every 30, after 2 minutes at most every 5, or off entirely.

Can I hide the floating pill?

Yes. Settings, then Floating pill. The menu bar icon opens the same list.

Why does it never ask for permissions?

It does not need any. It reads which app is in front, whether the microphone is in use, and how long the Mac has been idle. None of them can see your content.

Does it interrupt me during calls?

No. While the microphone is in use and a calling app is running, Killick stays quiet.

What happens to a task I do not finish?

It waits at the top of the list the next morning. Leave it one more day and it drops out on its own.

How do I quit?

Open the list and choose Quit Killick.
